HELP! My NVIDIA GeForce Experience cannot be installed properly

    @Seiraa Do you own a Predator Helios 300 (PH317-52 or PH315-51)? If so, you can try what worked for me:

    I couldn't get the latest running (about a two weeks ago) either and was afraid to upgrade too since a couple of days ago an even newer version came out. Try installing perhaps version 397.93 manually. That's the one I have installed now and I managed to game on it.

    Hopefully it's not what's responsible for the black screen issue we're having and hopefully I don't drag you down that rabbit hole but yeah: feel free to try installing that version and see if that launches and works well for you.

    💻 Predator Helios 300 (PH315-51) - Same specs and issues as above 
    💻 Aspire 5750G - 2nd Gen. i5 processor, 4gigs of ram, nVidia GT 540M [Owned new Since 2010 - in working condition]
     
    :) Status: Been with Acer since 2010 - Was disappointed with the Blackscreen issue & lack of interaction from staff for ~1week
    But Acer_Manny and the Acer team came through with BIOS announcement and upload.

    @Roland_Lorinczi My Laptop's a Predator Helios 300 (G3-571-51NK) and I tried uninstalling the previous GeForce Driver and reinstalling it but the problem keeps popping up. I even rebooted and reinstalled but it still didn't work for me.

    I installed the latest Driver update (398.36) and still, I got the problem. Sorry for the late reply tho. Anyways, thanks for helping!

    @Seiraa mine works now with the latest driver. We got a BIOS update for the blackscreen issue and i've installed windows 10 and let it install all drivers by itself and then just installed software like predatorsense and geforce experience manually and now it works. Couldn't say why exactly though, sorry :/
