    • Driver search not working

    Driver Search not working. Saying Service Not Available after doing a search. Have tried SNID, product number lookup and manually selecting procuct.  I've also tried it from a different computer and using a different browser.

     

    I have a Acer Aspire 5750-6589. If anyone can give me a direct link to the drivers that would be great.

      any chance of getting the drivers for 32 bit windows 7 for a w500p...thank you in advance

      Ditto!  I need the cdrom drivers as my Aspire 5810TZ no longer recognized my dvd-rw drive.

      We have reported the issue and it is being looked into, I went to the page myself to try and get the download links for people having the problem but I have not had luck yet; sorry. Smiley Sad

      Driver search still not working/ not working again.

      I have an Aspire 5750G and I would've liked to check if there was a new audio driver available to download for Dolby Advanced Audio v2 that's Windows 10 compatible.

      Unfortunately however: no matter what device, browser, OS or language version of the Acer website I tried to access the driver search from it wouldn't work at all.

      Also upon searching by serial number I got the error message of the service not being available.

       

      Any news on the matter/solution?

      Currently owned Acer systems:
      💻 Predator Helios 300 (PH317-52) - i7 8750H, GTX 1060, Win 10 64bit (build 1803), 8gb Ram (single channel), WD Blue 256GB SSD in M.2 slot, 931GB Hitachi HGST factory Hard drive. [Owned New Since 2018, May 22nd - Overheating (solved-ish) , PredatorSense not working (solved) & BLACK SCREEN ISSUE (BIOS update 1.15) ] 
      💻 Predator Helios 300 (PH315-51) - Same specs and issues as above 
      💻 Aspire 5750G - 2nd Gen. i5 processor, 4gigs of ram, nVidia GT 540M [Owned new Since 2010 - in working condition]
       
      :) Status: Been with Acer since 2010 - Was disappointed with the Blackscreen issue & lack of interaction from staff for ~1week
      But Acer_Manny and the Acer team came through with BIOS announcement and upload.

      That's right..I also used 'Live updater' so many times but it is not working.

      I think u guys need to proper programs..

      I am so disappointing about acer ...It is really hard to find the recet drivers and if i find it, i need to pay to upgrade the drivers. it does not make any sense..why r u selling this computer..??

      I have used my laptop for almost three years but I havent used my computer properly.

      It stops every time and also bought some programs to optimise my computer but never works.

      Then I found a few days ago, the drivers have not updated all then I have tried to find from Acer web site and on the internet...but gg.. mate...

      If I have chance to buy another computer...I do not think I will buy Acer one..never..man..
