I recently bought a laptop, bought and installed the official Windows 11. I decided to check the camera, but it does not work.
Error: "0xA00F4244 NoCamerasAreAttached"
There are no drivers for the integrated webcam on Acer's website, and there is nothing in the automatically created folder either.
The device manager doesn't show the camera at all, so there's no way to update the driver, remove the device, etc
From what I've already tried and it didn't help:
All possible Windows troubleshooters, changing camera privacy settings, reinstalling the Camera app, whitelisting the built-in antivirus, firewall, and firewall. Also, trying to "Add obsolete hardware" in the device manager did not help. I did not find the camera settings in the BIOS. There are no hot keys on the camera either. Through the Command line: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth did not help
Adding through the registry DWORD(32-bite)>EnableFrameServerMode did not help. Please help with this issue. The laptop is new, the camera itself is unlikely to be a problem. I think the problem is somewhere in the drivers or OS.
