Have you disassembled the display yet?

    Nope, I didn't

Just as an addition and as its been mentioned above and as where the M.2 SDD slots are on the PH315-52 are, as its populated by allot of sensitive circuitries, you never ever touch and/or open a laptop especially (where you make starlight contact with circuitries components as soon as you open the laptop) unless you wear an anti static wrist band nulling all static that can be transferred onto these circuitries and also always and the first thing that you do before you add/remove any components is to disconnect the battery first,

The OEM LED screen fitted to your PH315-52 is the "BOE NV156FHM-N4K (2.6mm) (40pin) (300nits) - Frame Rate: 60-144Hz - Acer P/N: KL.1560E.016" and the appropriate eDP cable is the "LCD EDP CABLE 40PIN - FOR BOE PANEL - Acer part #: 50.Q5MN4.011" as this is the only screen and eDP cable that has the 60-144Hz refresher rate and the appropriate eDP cable that Acer fits for your laptop.

It's still under warranty, therefore I didn't intended to open up the display and also Acer agreed to replace the screen with new unit and they already applied for new screen and waiting for it's arrival. That's true I guess, opening up and just unplugging the battery doing the service not a proper procedure but that's to blame the Acer Technicians who did the same. And they never bothered to properly root the cables after cleaning the fan as well. I guess that's why they are paying for it by replacing a new display
