Predator Cestus 335 not recognized by Quartermaster and "No Predator Devices Connected"

I installed quartermaster through acer.go/quartermaster as described in the manual and connected the Cesuts 335.
The mouse works fine, but the quartermaster software is never able to recognize it and claims "No Predator Devices Connected".

I tried it on two different computers, several different USB ports without success.

Has anybody encountered the same problem?
Is there a fix for my problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would otherwise have to return the mouse. Programmable buttons are useless if they can not be programmed and the RGB is quite annoying.

The solution turned out to be on the acer support page, but only the US version.
The necessary Quartermaster version is 1.0.0.5.11 from 2021/12/29 and can be found under:
    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/9209?b=1
As of now it's crucial to be on the US support page, on the european support page there is not even an entry for the cestus 335.

Are you running Windows 10 or 11?

I'm running Windows 10. I have now tried it on three different computers, one of them is running windows 11. Same result each time.
The mouse is recognized by windows as 'Cestus 335' but the quartermaster software does not find it.

I just noticed the link in my original post was wrong, it's  http://go.acer.com/predator-quartermaster but the error stays the same.
And there is not even a support page entry on the cestus 335 on the acer support page.

Probably best to contact Acer support then. I can't think of any reason it wouldn't be working unless they haven't released an updated QM package for the new mouse.

Who did you purchase the Cestus? Maybe it's someone who's shipping from the USA...

I got it from from brack.ch, shipping from Switzerland.

I had also reached out to Acer directly, but they just told me to send it in as a faulty unit (which it's not).
The quartermaster software from the link in the manual (http://go.acer.com/predator-quartermaster) is just out of date.

Having the same problem . . . . with a Brand New CESTUS 350 No Predator Devices Connected

Also tried to Download Quartermaster version is 1.0.0.5.11 from 2021/12/29

I clicked on the above link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/9209?b=1

Result: "The page you're looking for can't be found."

I have also tried installing the mouse on two different computers (Win10), several different USB ports without success!!!

Is there a working Acer download link for Quatermaster version 1.0.0.5.11 ???

Quartermaster only supports some models of the mice, and I don't know of a good list of which are supported and which aren't.

Quartermaster only supports some mice models, but it looks like the Cestus 330 is one that is supported:

Search on the model number (PMW920) on Acer's support site then download the application.
