I installed quartermaster through acer.go/quartermaster as described in the manual and connected the Cesuts 335.
The mouse works fine, but the quartermaster software is never able to recognize it and claims "No Predator Devices Connected".
I tried it on two different computers, several different USB ports without success.
Has anybody encountered the same problem?
Is there a fix for my problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would otherwise have to return the mouse. Programmable buttons are useless if they can not be programmed and the RGB is quite annoying.

FAQ & Answers
The mouse is recognized by windows as 'Cestus 335' but the quartermaster software does not find it.
I just noticed the link in my original post was wrong, it's http://go.acer.com/predator-quartermaster but the error stays the same.
And there is not even a support page entry on the cestus 335 on the acer support page.
The necessary Quartermaster version is 1.0.0.5.11 from 2021/12/29 and can be found under:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/9209?b=1
As of now it's crucial to be on the US support page, on the european support page there is not even an entry for the cestus 335.
I had also reached out to Acer directly, but they just told me to send it in as a faulty unit (which it's not).
The quartermaster software from the link in the manual (http://go.acer.com/predator-quartermaster) is just out of date.
