thanks for helping , i talked to xbox they told me they cant do anything and contact acer , i talked to acer they told me we cant do anything talk to xbox,

yeah i am a little bit reluctant because i suffered too much to fix the windows , also i dont have anywhere to save my data before doing it .

The AcerCareCenter and ALT+F10 factory resets allow you to try to save your personal files. Since success isn't 100% guaranteed, you should back up your personal files anyway on 32GB USB sticks which are less than $5 each nowadays.

While a partial factory reset like this is not as good as a full erase-everything factory reset but better than nothing. Of course its success depends on whether or not the original hidden factory reset partition has been corrupted or rendered inaccessible by all the previous installations that were not tied to your machine's unique serial number.

By the way, if at any time during any of these installations 'save for later' was NOT selected, then the limited time offer started ticking. Once the offer expires, even a full factory reset won't provide a second limited time offer. It's only a one-time offer for your unique machine.

when i press Alt + F10 nothing happens , just want to check for later when i get enough space , and is it getting all drivers and apps of acer ? , also when u make windows rest from settings most of time windows miss some files so some games wont work

You must do ALT+F10 on startup as shown in this link. There are no 100% guarantees that ALT+F10 can access or even use the original ACER factory software on your hidden factory partition due to all other non-ACER installations you tried.

Sorry, the hidden factory partition has apparently been overwritten by all the previous non-Acer installations. Unless you backed up the factory system image on a USB as recommended in the QuickStart or User guide when you first acquired the machine, the offer is unrecoverable.

In this case, you must purchase the the original factory installed Windows version installation USB based on your machine's serial number id (SNID) for about $50usd the Acer US or Canadian on line store if available. Otherwise, go to this link, choose your country, click support button and use one of the contact methods provided to ask if a factory USB recovery installation is available.

Also keep in mind that if the offer was somehow previously activated for this machine, it cannot be re-activated even with a factory re-installation of the original Acer software package.
