How to solve battery is detected and charging but not saving power ?? aspire A315-21

My pc is acer aspire A315-21 series pc
it is indicating that battery is charging and detected but it is not saving power(when I unplugged my pc from charger it is turning off because of the battery is not saving power)
somebody plz tell me the steps to repair it

Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ

it is trouble in my hardware 
so plz tell some eternal steps to solve this

pretty simple: right click on windows icon, windows power shell (admin) and enter: powercfg /batteryreport

then go to C, windows, system32, an post the batery-report here.

1) Search Windows start menu for cmd

2) At right select run as adminstrator

3) Select OK

4) In the big black box that pops up with the blinking cursor enter  'powercfg  /batteryreport'.

5) Then enter 'exit' at blinking cursor to return to the desktop

it is saying that:" unable to perform operation. An unexpected error  (0*10d2) has occurred: the library, drive or media pool is empty.(it is shown in cmd and PowerShell)
plz help me

If you're absolutely sure you're run the cmd as an administrator, then the battery pack's internal charge controller has likely failed. You then need a new battery pack. About $35USD if the machine is no longer under warranty. Google keywords a315-21 battery for vendors who ship to your location. Jack E/NJ

try ubuntu from a USB and find a battery app. google it!

Try this before  purchasing battery. Open Device Manager. Click on batteries folder. Right click and uninstall all driver that you find. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Then open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do in left pane'. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Scroll down and uncheck the box for fast startup if not already unchecked. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and let Windows automatically redetect battery, charger etc and install drivers. Then shut Windows down normally again. Wait for battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue. Then turn it back on again. Test battery operation by unplugging charger.

my battery is not indagating blue color , when I powered on my pc it is still charging at 0%
