    Is the HDD/SSD showing up in BIOS? It is most likely poor connection or a bad drive problem.

    Double check the connection to the HDD/SSD, reseat the connectors on the motherboard and at the drive.

    If problems persist, try a new HDD/SSD.

    didnt showed up at bios.

    cant double check since the bottom of the laptop is glued to the chasis

    it was a 1 year old ssd

    i did send this to FR Laptops (service shop) and they did repair. then maybe a year later it doing the same thing again

    That is not unusual. Dirt builds up over time and cleaning it doesn't stop it from building up again...

    today it boots back and left a blue screeen code: KERNAL_INPAGE_DATA_ERROR. assuming its just ssd that was the problem. even tho it was changed.

    and the drive does is not detected in BIOS.
