Here is the UC7 BIOS Chip. On it, it reads as such:

    AH1836
    25LB54CSIG
    E88779

On second look, I did read those numbers wrong on the chip. On the off hand that cleaning doesn't do anything, what may be the issue still?

Oooh. That does NOT sound good. Alright, I'll get to cleaning it to check if it'll boot. I was told that it's best to clean it with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol unless you have other recommendations. The paste was non-conductive (Arctic MX-4 2019 Edition), but Im unsure if that has any relevancy.

Well all the paste should be non-conductive but you never know... At least this worth trying because all started with re-paste...  If no luck then - Service Center

Actually, it started when I took out my fans and the heatsinks to check the thermal paste. My PC was turned off, off the charger, and left for a few minutes before getting cracked open and checked. When I put it back in after checking the thermal paste and concluding that it needs to be replaced, I put the fan and heatsinks back on to boot it back up and it never did, just like it is after a thermal paste replacement.

Battery was left charging the motherboard, so I'm taking it out and leaving it out for 24 hours before cleaning to prevent short circuiting.

Hey, not yet. We're gonna wait 4 more hours (since its been 20 hours) before dealing with it just to guarantee there isnt any ESD or something left in the computer that could cause damage.
