Intel XTU & Throttlestop on the same laptop?

Hey, so I came across these throttlestop profiles in this thread:

I downloaded the i7-9750h profile, and my temps are definitely better.
I then came across this thread, :

And I'm a bit confused on the topic at hand.
In this thread "Red-man" talking about removing intel XTU, and I believe he stated that intel xtu and throttlestop on the same computer can cause critical conflicts?
Is there any way somebody can elaborate on this?
I have intel XTU installed on my predator helios 300, and I also have this throttlestop profile...
My laptop came factory undervolted at -0.125v.

Should I change my xtu undervolt back to 0.0, change my bios to default, completely remove intel xtu, and THEN run the profile?
I'm really just wondering if there's going to be any negative impact about having both of these programs on my laptop.
Any clarification on this would be much appreciated.
