I just bought a XN253Q last month and immediately started having the exact same issue with pixels being shifted to the edge of the screen, spoke to support about updating firmware on a 2019 monitor, (Manufacture Date = June 2019) sent it in, and they did not fix or update the firmware at all. How can I get support to fix this?????? I even attached screen shots to the monitor when sending it in to Acer showing the problem.
How can i get someone to fix this after already sending in for service to no avail?
