Hi!. I did this on my i5 9300H My clock frequency was 3.8MHZ on all  8 cores before using TS. when I used the TS profile for 8300H it limited my cpu frequency was all on just 3.3MHZ. why is that and how can I adjust it to use the full 3.8MHZ of the cores' frequency?
Thats the whole purpose/point of TS lower and lock the cpu speeds to a lower value to avoid thermal throttling (lower speeds lower temps) but still having enough performance for gaming and other tasks and check TS confs if u havent got a clue of what youre tinkering with check TS forum and read all about it :)

ohhh okay thanks! I did some manual tweaking and tested the one you posted for i5-9300H and it worked perfectly! thank you again!! stay safe! =)
    you're welcome 😉

rishabh2011 theres no virus in any of the TS confs posted its most probably google's fault flagging it as false positive as usual (gdrive keeps reporting false positives especially compressed files)  i suggest you to report it to the fb predator group (check my signature for the links) or even look there for an updated download link good luck :)

Does using TS only when i need it affect the laptop? I dont have it on auto-scheduler because it had BSOD my laptop. I am using the i5-8300h one. I only switch on TS while gaming or while using the laptop not plugged in. Does this harm the battery or anything?

Abhiz it doesnt harm anything but bare in mind if you use it on battery make sure you use it for really light works only if you game on battery or any other cpu/gpu high usage works your battery cells will die and become faulty when the wear percentage reaches about 20% its time to replace it check your battery wear with hwinfo or battery bar pro and make sure to calibrate it once every 3 months or so depending on the usage on battery also the battery main purpose its to aid the adapter with more power when this one can provide enough to the cpu/gpu :)

right now the wear is at 17.4%. The thing that bothers me is that my laptop is 5 months old at this point. What should i do?
    How do i calibrate it?

Abhiz calibrate your battery charge the battery to 100% disconnect from AC perform a battery power drain followed by a bios setup defaults use it on battery until your battery drains completely and shuts off repeat the process 3 times and check your wear percentage again if nothing has changed your battery might be faulty and if still on warranty at this point i would send it it to get a replacement good luck :)
