Helios 300 in India comes with 1050ti if I am not wrong, if those models are overheating then that is going to be fixed only by repasting and no other means.

Is it your CPU or GPU that is overheating? And what are your average and max temps while gaming?

I recommend setting the fans nearly at max in the custom setting as they are much quieter when even a bit lower than max. this will help with thermals, my laptop overheats even with coolboost enabled!

jakub have you optimized windows an undervolted check here if so repasting it with kryonaut or similar its the last working solution you can do it yourself if you dont have any warranty seals and dont damage anything or send it back to get it repasted the cpu shouldnt go above 80/85 max and gpu 70/75

PREDATOR HELIOS I7 8750 NVIDIA 1060 16GB RAM SIMPLE OVERHEATING FIX
overheating problem and sudden shutdowns solved this way WITH NO DROP in visual  quality in F1 2019 game
    in f1 2019 lower fps to 50
in win 10 go to power settings - advanced power settings - plugged in ac processor max power - 88%
in predator sense set fans at max
raise predator by 2 inches to allow air to flow freely
now average temp of both cpu and gpu are stabilized at 60 degC and cpu temp peaks have disapPeared

patverdi1 sorry to disagree with you but your solution shouldnt be used by anyone you are blocking the laptop performance by disabling turbo boost thats not a n option at all why buy a gaming laptop if youre going to use it as a normal laptop theres no point in doing so the only solutions for the thermal issues are the ones i mentioned above and you neither anyone else should be recommending what you are recommending because i f you run into a game that needs the cpu to boost it will not work properly whoever invented this rubbish solution should had stayed quiet instead would do a much better job or take responsibility for all those complaints about the games not working properly because the cpu turbo boost its disabled surely whoever it was dunno nothing about computers (in general) at all neither the way they work and by the way happy new year to all
