Well you were right. I sent it in for repairs and it was ready within the period they said. Apparently some parts were replaced and now finally, I've been able to use it and take advantage of its great performance.

Thanks for the blunt but clear words. I took your advice and took it back to the store. It's being sent for repair which apparently will take 3 weeks. This is extremely disappointing to spend a large amount on a laptop and not even get to enjoy it.

I see. To be honest, I tried this yesterday but tried again going step by step as you said. It didn't work. The game I tried crashed immediately even after restarting. The drivers are fully up to date. I'm not sure whether this is a software or a hardware problem.
