Predator Connect W6 Router can Receive Over-the-Air Firmware Updates to Improve Security

Your Predator Connect Router can automatically receive new firmware updates as they become available. This helps ensure your router is up to date with the latest software that provides the best security. If you have an update available for your device, you will be notified when you log into your router dashboard. You can use the instructions below to check for updates.

Connect a LAN cable to any of the LAN ports of the Predator Connect W6 (or connect via Wi-Fi).
Open an internet browser on your computer and type one of the following into the search bar of your browser:
1. http://acerconnect.com
2. 192.168.76.1
Enter your admin password. When you login for the first time, you need to use the default admin password that can be found on a sticker at the bottom of the device.
Click on Log in.
Click on the New Firmware Available notification in the upper right-hand corner.
