Yes it occurs all the time. When I lift the finger off the W key, it keeps typing on its on and a pop sound comes(from the key) and then it stops typing. I think its that rubber cap getting stuck and gets released after sometime.

It came with the ssd?? I never received any heatsink only the ssd came. Also if I may ask what were the temps before you installed the heatsink?

Why not try undervolting? Well if you want to change the thermal paste, sure you can but undervolt does bring down temps by a lot. If its possible you should try it, it doesn't cause any damage, only a few BSODs you may get if you undervolt too much.

Oh yes. Then you would have to repaste it. You should also optimize windows on the laptop.

Did you try undervolting?(if 10th gen processor or higher I think there are some issues with undervolting, in this case I am not sure how exactly to perform undervolting). If you have, then probably you should to take it to acer and have it repasted.
