That does not help a bit, i have the same problem and i just need a solution not more examples of the same problem, that only shows that this is a very bad product.

Hi, I have a similar issue with mine, but in my case is a smaller area of the screen that is affected, did you found anything? This product its been a nightmare, overpriced and a lot of issues, on thing i learned from it, to never buy an Acer product again.

I have this same issue, FW version is: 20160920_1_2678_15, is this a firmware issue or it needs to be repaired?
