Problemas com a webcam do Acer A515-52G-58LZ

Senhor @egydiocoelho não há item desabilitado. Listei todos os itens: funcionando corretamente. Testei também a solução posta pelo senhor @MaClane. Não surtiu efeito. 

Não é problema do SO, pois a cam também não funciona no GNU Linux. Deve ser problema na própria webcam ou no flat cable ou problema da nova versão da BIOS .16 do modelo.

Não há como testar, pois o flat é difícil de conseguir aqui no Brasil e uma webcam nova também. 

Já tirei a moldura e tirei e reconectei o flat da webcam, mas não surtiu efeito. Só o microfone da webcam funciona corretamente.

Então @MaClane, não consegui identificar a webcam, após listagem dmesg.

Não uso nenhuma uma versão baseada no GNU Linux.
Uso o Manjaro, baseado no GNU Arch Linux.

Vou tentar a sua solução e posto retorno.
