Problemas de temperatura/Temperature problems

Boas, eu tenho um acer predator helios 300 i7-9750h, rtx2060, com o ssd de 256gb de fabrica.

A realizar atividades bastantes simples para o hardware que tenho, em qualquer divisão ate aos 20ºC, máximo em que estive com o pc ligado até a data, com 5 separadores do chrome abertos, 2 janelas de visual studio 2019 e discord, a temperatura varia entre os 50 e 70ºC !! Não acho nada normal, previamente tinha um MacBook 13'' de 2013 e a realizar tarefas semelhantes nunca atingiu tal temperatura.
O computador está a maior parte das vezes com as ventoinhas em automático sempre com coolboost ligado, existem situações em que me vejo forçado a colocar as ventoinhas a uma velocidade superior tornando-se altamente irritante especialmente para pessoas em redor.
Já para não falar, nas ocasiões em que atinge os 90ºC e se reinicia, perdendo tudo o que não esteja gravado, existem ainda ocasiões em que abandono o computador por 30-45min e quando volto reiniciou-se, mas este problema deduzo que seja atualizações do windows, APESAR DE ESTAREM DESATIVADAS AS ATUALIZAÇÕES AUTOMATICAS. 

Se não me conseguirem ajudar, estou seriamente a pensar ativar a garantia e devolver o computador.

ps: ja por 3x fiquei com um ecra azul a informar q tinha ocurrido uma falha fatal e que o computador tinha de ser reiniciado e reposto, congelamento frequente se atingir os 85ºC ouvindo um apito pelas colunas, o qual ja sei significa que o pc crashou

Performing quite simple activities for the hardware I have, in any room up to 20ºC, maximum I've had with the pc on to date, with 5 chrome tabs open, 2 visual studio 2019 windows and discord, the temperature ranges from the 50 and 70ºC !! I don't find this normal, previously had a 2013 MacBook 13 '' and performing similar tasks, it never reached such a temperature.

Most of the time the computer is on with the auto fans always with coolboost on, there are situations where I am forced to turn the fans at a higher speed making it highly annoying especially for people around.

Not to mention, on occasions when it reaches 90ºC and restarts, losing everything that is not previously saved, there are still occasions when I leave the computer for 30-45min and when I come back restarted, but this problem I deduce it is updates Despite Windows, AUTOMATIC UPDATES ARE DISABLED.

If you guys can't help me, I'm seriously considering activating the warranty and returning the computer.

ps: so far ive been  blue screened 3 times, saying that a fatal error had occurred and the pc had to be restarted and reset, frequent frezzes if it hits 85ºC and it sounds a whistle that now i know it means the pc crashed

Eu só tenho dúvidas com relação a garantia. Mas muitos usuários afirmaram que a temperatura diminuiu.

Tente usar placas de resfriamento para laptop. Basta conectá-lo separadamente à rede. E muitos cometem um erro: eles os conectam diretamente ao computador e reclamam que nada está acontecendo.
