Hi, Yes reinstalling the OS back to factory defaults should also set the unit as it was out of factory. so that should solve your issue. Cheers.

Hi, I dont find the OS in SSD, Most of the times SSD would cary only the Recovery information & the OS will be in the main SATA HDD. Cheers.
