Says that i dont have a valid digital licence key

Now im trying to reinstall the windows version that came with the laptop. But even doing the reset from settings and recovery is installing the same version that i installed previously from an usb. Any help please?

Im using a local account. And the key is from the bios i think, because i didnt got any other key. Just tried the command wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey to verify the key. Also tried to use that same key under the "change key" option. 

Just contacted microsoft, and after 82 minutes they told me that the key is locked and they cant unlock it because is assosiated with my laptop. And the only one that can unlock the key is acer
