Have you tried holding down the battery reset button (30 seconds i think) under your laptop? I Had the same issue and it worked.

Try under battery options if you have power saving on? Make it maximum performance

@xapim Im so glad i kept it. but it never gave me an option to use it to repair the pc from that earlier bluescreen state. I couldn't check anything, because the laptop shuts out when starting the computer :( its gone that bad XDOk now I checked for suppliers (local acer importers)it seems like there's no one importing batteries anymore because of the situation in China.I looked up in Amazon theres one available- but it doesnt have Acer logo…

I dont know about helios. but I do know that Acer predator 17(980M) back then was good like 5 years ago. Just only today I had a problem with the battery. Thats it XD Its been really realiable for me as a 3D artist.
