  • Hi! I tried it but both the Microsoft AC Adapter and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under the Battery files say that the device are working properly/the drives are updated. Nothing happened :( but thank you!

  • How do I reboot? Can I just press ctrl+alt+del or is it resetting to factory default? I'm scared to click the power off button since it may not turn on again. Thank you!

  • I'm currently experiencing the exact same problem with my Acer Switch Alpha 12, the problem is that it has no reset button/pinhole. Any suggestions on what I can do?
