If you wish a hassle-free experience, get it replaced and check if the same happens with that model as well. If it occurs still, go with some other model/brand.

Check in that link. If it currently shows 13.7K, then I guess you need to wait for it to drop to the usual 3K price.
-
Did you check from here?

Why are you running a game with integrated graphics when all Predators have a dedicated GPU?
-
Doesn't seem like Acer's going to update any drivers for old models. Hopefully an Intel update fixes it for you guys.
-
I'd suggest doing a Macrium Reflect backup image. That way, you can always return to the current build along with the drivers.
-
It's strange that updating works fine in 2021 and older models except the bad screen with respect to image retention while 2022 models don't have hardware issue, but simple stuffs like updating the drivers doesn't work properly. I hope Acer looks into this thread

Let's try doing updating safely. FYI, I have a PH315-54. Also, I am on the latest Intel drivers since the latest from Acer has issues which I don't remember now. Try these 2 procedures one by one. Before doing these procedures, make a Macrium Reflect Backup image of your system, just so you can restore it along with your…

Nope. Just wanted to stay up to date.
-
I have updated all the detectable drivers from Intel DSA and have got no issues yet.
-
Maybe/maybe not. So far, I have received some driver updates through Windows Update and both my Predators are working fine without any clean installation.
-
Yes, you can.
-
Quite possible.
-
Needs a repaste then.
-
How much is the temperature while playing games? If CPU reaches 90°C and GPU reaches 75°C+, then you need to repaste both of them.
-
In that case, contact Acer support and get them to provide newer drivers. All other steps haven't helped you, sadly. Why haven't other PH315-55 owners chimed in yet with similar issues? It should have been widespread.
-
Try clean installing both Intel and Nvidia drivers. As a last resort if the previous step doesn't work, reset Windows or clean install it (take an image backup first just in case before going this way).
-
Install the Acer drivers for Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers. Then, install Nvidia Driver on top of it. And also use Intel DSA and update the drivers without clean installing them. Then check.
-
Clean installed the NVIDIA driver or over the Acer's?

It shows a driver from February this year. That didn't solve the stutters?
