It will sound silly, but have you tried to click in the little arrow in the right side of your task bar to check if the icon is not hidden there and then click hold and place it in the taskbar.

I suggest try to set up your power settings, first, it worked for me, go to the settings -power and sleep- additional power settings- change plan settings- change advanced power settings then on “sleep” and check if the “the hybrid sleep” is off.

Is the notebook under warranty? If yes is better contacting the Acer to set up a repair https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ The part number for this model’s speaker is 023.400HN.0001 you can search in your region to see if you can find it online as well.

Which Bios version do you have? For this model the last version of the predatorSense available is 3.01.3002 in the Acer official website

Check if the option keyboard lighting timeout is enabled in the Bios press F2, In the Main tab select disable for the option keyboard lighting timeout, if it help try to reinstall the keyboard driver.
