Hello again, The problem goes away updating the Intel WiFi drivers. This doesn't happen automatically using Windows Update, or the Acer own update utility.... you have to force it using device manager.

Ok, resuelto... hay que actualizar desde el panel de Nvidia Geforce Experience... si intentas bajarte directamente el driver de la página oficial de Nvidia, no funciona. Parece que de la misma versión, hay dos modalidades de drivers: la Standard y la DCH, y el Aspire debe llevar la DCH. Gracias, Lluis
