I'll have to study BUT the bottom line is that the USB install should take care of all the drivers as you can install it with a formatted blank Hard Drive. Maybe reset the BIOS, with the reset button or pull the battery, unplug and let sit overnight. You can do a F9 in bios then a F10 in bios to reload your default bios ,…

Do you get this screen that allows you to boot the USB drive ?

I'm at a loss as to what has happened unless the new SSD is bad ? Have you reseated the drive (with power unplugged) ? Are you able to BOOT the USB drive by boot enabling in bios and then doing a F12 to select the USB Drive. Nothing makes sense as all the drivers should be on the USB ?? How does CHKDSK fail ??

The USB "Create win USB" should work as it has the drivers. You have to download it on another computer to a USB flash drive, Also if you can get to the DOS screen, run CHKDSK

try to access the Windows Recovery Environment, turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the loading logo. After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears. Then in the "Choose an…

Enable BOOT or Boot Enabled in Bios then reboot with the F12 key.

OH NO. Are both drives empty ? You can create on USB , a new bootable windows but you data is gone unless the specialist can retrieve. Instructions as how to download and install. Be sure that Boot Enabled is Enabled in your BIOS then do a F12 to select your USB as the boot drive.…

Is it formatted and BOOTABLE. Be sure that Boot Enabled is ENABLE, then reboot with a F12 to see your bootable drive order. If you installed new then disconnect the old one temporary.

KB5039302 has had lots of problems (per googling) and supposedly MS was to release an update ?

I don't know but I assume that it came from your old HD ? Looks like a cd device or ??? I would run Windows Security (Virus and Threat Protection) on the new and old drives.

Yes, That was the data cable that came with my TC-895 in a bag, I don't have a picture of the power lead, however it may've been jumped off of the installed DVD unit ? I did not have to buy any cables for my sata HD installation .

Note that one of your partitions is for RE CUP…I suppose recovery files. Personally, I wouldn't mess with the partitions and move forward. J I also wouldn't format the old one yet. Flash sticks are OK for back up too, I just prefer the external drive. They slowest is probably as fast as your old HD/

I'm no expert but I think that you have to use an utility program to rearrange Disk Management. I have to go to USER/name to find mind too. You can right click on icon and put them on desktop that makes it easier. Copy and paste them or pin them to start or copy paste to the task bar. Quick Access is also handy (WIN11) for…

I would wait awhile before wiping the old HDD?. Just in case. It would be nice if you had a external hard drive to back up you HDD before you format. I'll have to study your other post but normally you just click on document, music etc. Maybe post a screenshot of disk management ? To copy, just copy the files then paste…

I suppose that you can use the 50.VGND3.001 if you don't find the individual cables in the bag in the box with 2 cables.
-
Here is one of the cables.
-
Did you lookin the Shipping Box for a bag with those cables and some DVD mounting hardware ?? I'll try to post a picture,

It seems to be a Acer product per ICECAP but the PDF doesn't show the spec sheet ? https://icecat.biz/us/p/vendorName/mpn/desc-29079576.html#Specs

Digi-Key and/or Mouser has it BUT you have to do some searching with cables/s specialized cables.
