Looks good to me , as Billsay say, check your length specs.

You don't really have to mount the hard drives. A couple of years ago, I installed a SSD Sata drive and just used some plastic wire wraps around a cable. It was not HOT and no moving parts so being level is not a consideration. Just secure them as they don't bounce around if you're moving it.

Good Luck, Please post the results to help others.

You have to remove the front cover .Usually there is hidden clips or screws on the top and maybe sides. 🤔 Maybe you have to remove the top cover.

No bag of parts ? Maybe if you post a picture of the insides or someone should be able to provide a lay out of your unit. Amazon has a kit that may work ???
-
Look in your box for a bag of cable & brackets. No instructions.

Download my link to an USB on another computer. It will make it bootable. Insert your USB into your computer. Go to Bios and enable boot to ENABLE. Then reboot tapping the F12 key. You'll then see the boot selections, switch to USB & boot. Windows Plug & Play has always picked up my drivers.…

Also you want to do a restore to an earlier date on the recovery options.
-
Have you tried F9 while in bios to load the default then F10 to save and exit bios ?
-
As I said , disconnect the secondary drive until the boot is established. Be sure that the new drive has the WIndow;s installed and is bootable. Did you clone from the old drive and check "make bootable" ?
-
You need to have the new drive cloned or with an operating system from Micro Soft Also remove your old drive until the boot drive is established . If not go into BIOS using the F12 Key to see if is available and Boot Enable is Enabled,
