I have the Acer AN515-43-ROYM, I tried the first one, i turned off the laptop and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then turned it on again, also will my battery bloat if it keeps happening?

Have you tried these solutions: 1. Cleaning your laptop fans... 2. Repaste of Thermal Paste. How old is your laptop? if it's a year or older and you still haven't cleaned its fans then cleaning the fans might be the solution of your problems. Overheat is causes by dust built in the fans of your laptop etc...

Try doing the same in other monitors or TV you have, you never know if the problem is actually the cable.

It is normal for a laptop to decrease a few battery percentage even if it is not used.

You should have brought it to the nearest customer service of Acer.
