Hello,

I am currently using an Acer Aspire Laptop which works very well but from last week it is facing certain issues which creates a lot of problems as I have to work on my projects.

I am the Managing Director of my company tilers Perth who have Acer laptops only as I always impressed with your services but now I am facing overheating and shutdown issues on my laptop.

Is my internal cooling system or fan does not working properly?

Why my laptop making noises like something is processing always or the sound we listen when we insert a CD? I think you know what I am talking about.

Sometimes, It has over 24% battery charge but still without any warning it is always shutdown.

I changed my battery a few months ago but still facing these problems.

Please help me.

I hope you are reading this query.

Please reply as soon as possible and thanks for all the efforts you make to answering my question.

Thanks!

    Have you tried these solutions:
    1. Cleaning your laptop fans...
    2. Repaste of Thermal Paste.

How old is your laptop? if it's a year or older and you still haven't cleaned its fans then cleaning the fans might be the solution of your problems.

Overheat is causes by dust built in the fans of your laptop etc...
