Hi @ kingrob Bluetooth goes missing in your system's Settings mainly because of issues in the integration of the Bluetooth software/frameworks or due to an issue with the hardware itself. There can also be other situations where Bluetooth disappears from the Settings because of bad drivers, conflicting applications etc.

Hi @ dyl * Turn you fan to Max rpm for better cooling. * Try not to play on bed or any surface like that. ... * Try not to overclock your GPU because you will get little bump in performance like 2–4fps but the heat output will be very high. * Try to undervolt your CPU.

Hi @ k0ndrateff The Swift 3 only has one M. 2 slot for an SSD, so before the upgrade you'll need to make a decision. You can clone all your data and the OS to the new SSD with an external enclosure. Upon swapping out the SSDs, it should feel like nothing has changed save for speed and space

Hi @ H4SS4NKA 1. Shutdown the unit. 2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit. 3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

Hi @ zanelwalls This, is the only way adding the second SSD would increase performance. Splitting the OS, and programs/data on seperate drives would decrease performance, as SAM indicated above, and waste the free space on the OS drive. Having a second drive for data is a viable idea for gaining capacity, not performance.

Hi @ Coach_wargo Hi, You can press FN+F9 to turn the keyboard backlight on and off. While using AC adapter power, the keyboard backlight default is ON On Battery power, the keyboard backlight default is OFF. After the BIOS update at 1.19 the problem disappeared. The keyboard without charging turns off after ~30 seconds.
