Acer Swift 3 SF314-51 no enciende ni carga bateria, solo led azul al conectarlo a la corriente

tengo una acer swift 3 sf314-51, de pronto se apago y no enciende solo tiene una luz azul (no es el led de la bateria) solo enciende esa led al ponerle el cargador, si le desconecto el cargador se apaga la luz led, la computadora no enciende del todo.
