Mi Aspire E11 ES1-111-C8YT muestra pantalla azul con WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR con frecuencia.

Compré esta unidad desde hace algún tiempo. El error "WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR" no aparecía con frecuencia. Luego de comprarla traté de hacer el upgrade a Windows 10 pero los errores fueron más frecuentes. Entonces hice un down grade a Windows 8.1 y continué trabajando así.
El error aparecía ocasionalmente, sin embargo, en los últimos meses la frecuencia de los errores ha aumentado. No he instalado software diferente de MS Office, Google Earth. Uso solamente el software que venía preinstalado y que quedó instalado luego que hice el downgrade.
Me interesa saber si debo cambiar el CPU o la tarjeta madre o bien ambos.

I bought this unit a while ago. It had been experimenting the error WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. After the purchase it was not frequent. I went through the upgrade to Windows 10 but the error appeared more frequent so I decided to downgrade. Then I continued using the system as prebundled.
During the last months the error appeared more frequently. I have no additional software installed other than MS Office and Google Earth. I kept the system with the preinstalled software only.
I am interested to know if anyone had the same problem and how it was resolved. Or, if I need to change the CPU unit or the motherboard or both.
