Tengo un stylus ASA630 que venia incluido con el equipo lo detecta, pero al momento de realizar el toque, no lo detecta como click, ni click derecho, y no escribe en el whiteboard, solo sale el puntito o el puntero como que si lo detecta. Ya reinstale drivers, reinstale windows (funciono pero a las 2 o 3 horas dejo de funcionar), no se que pueda ser.

De hecho si lo hago de esa manera, hace exacto lo mismo al regresar a Windows, si lo hago descargando el instalador de la página de Microsoft, funciona hasta que se actualiza el Windows. Ya busque desinstalar las actualizaciones que instala, el punto de restauración, y ya sigue con el mismo problema 😔0

Si había intentado ya con otras plumas Acer igual y diferentes, cambiar puntilla.
Quedó solucionado, extrañamente no funciona con las plumas marca Acer, pero si con una marca genérica, marca New Pow, que encontré en Amazon. Lleva 1 día funcionando a la perfección.
