Hola, tengo un portátil que estaba usando regularmente, un momento la usé me apareció el mensaje de conectar por carga baja. La conecté e inmediatamente se apagó... No volvió a encender, verifiqué el cable, si el voltaje está entrando bien pero no es nada de esto, me pueden ayudar a resolver éste problema, gracias!!
