Tengo problemas con algunas teclas de notebook (1,3,Q,R, etc) que hago ? Y a la vez con los altavoces

Hola,
-Deje el modelo completo,para blindarle una ayuda mas técnica.
-Normalmente ,cuando un teclado falla,suele ser fallo de hardware y debe ser reemplazado,puedes comprobar con un teclado externo y ver si sucede lo mismo??
-El tema de sonido,tendríamos que tener mas datos,si nos puedes dejar una captura de la seccion de administrador de dispositivos mejor.
