Problema de batería Laptop Aspire A715-72G

Mi batería no carga por completo sólo llega hasta un 78 % y no se carga, y cuando se descarga se apaga en el 50%, acabo de comprar hace 2 meses mi laptop 

Aspire A715-72G, me podrían ayudar por favor

    Hola,

    -Si solamente tiene 2 meses,lo aconsejable es llevarla al servicio técnico.
    -Los síntomas ,no son normales.
