Como soluciono el power limit throttling y thermal throttling?

Hola, tengo una acer nitro 5 del 2018, que es prácticamente nueva, el caso es que por un tiempo los juegos empezaron a ir bien de lo mas normal, pero después los ventiladores se prenden hasta por entrar a google, constantemente se genera power limit throttling y thermal throttling, juegos que antes mi laptop corría con un rendimiento normal, ahora parece ser que se han vuelto mas demandantes. Las especificaciones son: 12 gb de ram, gtx 1050 de 4gb, 1 tb de almacenamiento, un procesador Intel core I5 de 8va gen. Y no es que tenga la laptop hace como 3 o 4 meses, la compre hace casi menos de un mes.
