Hola, hace dos meses compre un portatil A515-52G-71UB con Windows 10 y casi desde el comienzo la pantalla pardea quedando negra durante periodos de 1 segundo aprox pero no ocurre todo el tiempo. Ayer se puso muy lento hasta que finamente quedó bloqueado y fue necesario reiniciarlo. Hoy le corrí un test (perfmon /report) para ver si había algún problema con el Windows pero no reporta ningún error, razón por la cual quisiera saber si ustedes me pueden ayudar.
