Luz de bateria se queda fija y al rato parpadea y no carga EX2540

Buenos dias,
Tengo un Ex2540-37JE al cual cuando conectas el adaptador de corriente la luz de bateria se queda fija, al rato empieza a parpadear y no carga. Sin el cargador el portatil se apaga. Cuando lo enciendes siempre indica que está al 91%. He cambiado el cargador y ahora la bateria por una original Acer con el mismo resultado. He hecho un Hard reset por debajo del portatil a la bateria y tiene la ultima versión de Bios publicada en el portal ¿Se ocurre que otra cosa puedo hacer o que le pasa? Gracias

Buenas tardes,Gracias por responder. Si, el cargador es de 19V con 2,37A como el original. Efectivamente si tapo con cinta el conector al lado de la memoria consigue cargar. Si quito la cinta se apaga aunque esté con bateria. Depues de cargar al 100% el BatteryInfoView muestra:
