como puedo formater mi ACER AO1-131 tiene poca memmoria en el disco C y la ocupa toda sus prgramas

COMO PUEDO FORMATEAR DE FABRICA MI COMPUTADOR ES UN ES UN ACER ASPIRE ONE AO1- 131 TIENE POCA MEMORIA Y CADA VEZ QUE LO QUIERO FORMATEAR ME DICE QUE ELIMINE TODO DEL DISCO C PERO EN ESE DISCO ESTAN TODOS LOS PROGRAMAS DEL COMPUTADOR LOS QUE YA OCUPAN TODO EL ESPACIO Y POR LO QUE SE NO DEBO ELIMINARLOS POR QUE O SINO SE DAÑA MI COMPUTADOR QUE PUEDO HACER NECESITO AYUDA POR QUE ME PIDE QUE DEBE ESTAR VACIA ESA UNIDAD PARA ACCEDER AL FORMATEO YA QUE ANDA LENTO MI COMPUTADOR.

    No es posible ... esta serie no usa HDD sino un disco eMMC integrado con soldadura en la placa base.
    Utiliza un sistema OEM optimizado que solo se puede reinstalar con la partición de recuperación.
    Es un dispositivo desarrollado para aplicaciones de internet en la nube y no local.
