Que tipo de SSD m.2 le puedo colocar a mi Acer aspire 3 a315-53g 50B1 ?

Hola, tengo un Acer aspire 3 a315-53g 50B1, y quiero cambiar la memoria Intel optane por un SSD m.2 (supuestamente esto arreglará los tirones en juegos) y mi duda era que tipo de m.2 es o qué tipo de SSD puedo colocar, ya que hay SSD nwme, SSD data 3 y SSD pcie, cual le puedo colocar ?
