El USB es MBR porque RUFUS graba el linux mint de esa forma. Te paso las pantallas de los discos.
Todos son discos sólidos. El disco O es la EMMC, el disco 1 es una tarjeta de memoria donde están los programas portables porque en el disco 0 solo entra el Windows 10, y el disco 2 es la USB de donde quiero arrancar el linux. Y ya probe sacar la tarjeta de memoria (disco 1) para ver si arrancaba del USB y no lo hace

Si, lo convertí a GPT pero cuando grabo con RUFUS la imagen de linux mint lo vuelve a convertir en MBR.
Si utilizo rufus con Elección de arranque : UEFI:NTFS, Esquema de particion: GPT y Sistema Destino: UEFI como te remito en la primera imagen; puede arrancar desde el USB aunque arroja el error que indica la segunda imagen
Por lo visto, la UEFI de la accer solo da la opción de arrancar con Windows. Puede ser?

Rufus no permite utilizar esas opciones .La unica forma de dejar GPT es la que te indique
Todas las demás son con MBR y FAT32, pero no arranca del USB.
El inconveniente está en la UEFI de la acer que solo permite leer los USB que arrancan con GPT y Windows0 -
