PROBLEMA DE CARGA AL ENCENDER MI ACER NITRO 5

POR FAVOR AYUDA CON MI ACER NITRO 5 LA COMPRE HACE POCO, Y AL ENCENDERLA CON EL BOTON DE ENCENDIDO SALE LA PANTALLA NEGRA CON EL LOGO DE ACER, PERO NO CARGA NADA, SE MANTIENE EN ESA PANTALLA, TENGO QUE MANTENER PRESIONADO EL BOTON DE ENCENDIDO PARA QUE SE APAGUE NUEVAMENTE Y AL PRENDERLA NUEVAMENTE AHI RECIEN CARGA, POR FAVOR QUE DEBO HACER PARA PODER PRENDERLA Y QUE CARGUE SIN PROBLEMAS, TAMBIEN DEBO DECIR QUE AUNQUE TODO ESTE APAGADO, EL MOUSE SE QUEDA CON EL INFRAROJO PRENDIDO. MUCHAS GRACIAS DE ANTEMANO POR SU DISPOSICION Y AYUDA.

    Lamentamos escuchar esto, por favor intente realizar un reseteo de poder con las instrucciones del siguiente enlace https://mxrola.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34848 para eliminar posible exceso de energía en el interior del equipo y ver si esto le da solución.
