Hi all, Just to clarify, posting on each other's activity walls makes this community unique and is a great feature, but please keep in mind that this wall is for messages as welcoming users to the Community, recognizing up-and-coming valuable helpful users in the Community etc. If you have a question about a technical issue or if you need help with any troubleshooting steps etc. you need to “ASK A QUESTION” by creating a new thread/topic on the community as the questions ask on you wall or any moderators wall will not be followed up or answer. If you need technical assistance (under warranty) you need to contact the support line or chat https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ select the country you are in and click on the support tab, on the left hand side you will find and option “contact support”. Although this community is not a direct portal to Customer service, many Acer employees read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate.
