  • I have done it now and fyi the little hole slides back and forth to also release the battery. I tried it with a pin and gave it 20 minutes unplugged. Nothing so far. Plugged in the AC and nothing... Im going to try it without the battery, just pressing the pin with nothing in.

  • I didnt try to update anything on my own... It just started at the end of a day when I was restarting the laptop. I didnt do it, recognize it but it defintely has the Insyde HOFFF or something. I have been trying to do crisis disks or find a proper one for the aspire e5-571. I NEED some of those files for a big job
