  • wouldn't be a bad idea in removing/reinstalling the Microsoft ACPI Compliant driver via Device Manager and seeing if that helps.

  • Yeah i have that 32GB laptop my main problem is i dont find it stable at all. Wonder if i'd be able to return it as unsuitable that's the question. Back on my trusty old Sony Vaio as i used the Acer before and ended up powering down coz it just hung again for 2 time in 3 days. Same sort of behaviour/error.
