So actually I figured it out. For some reason the battery does that. You just have to let it die and then plug it back in. Before you do that I would suggest installing the battery drivers. If what I suggested doesn't work it's an entirely different issue. You will probably have to replace the battery.

It has been resolved. During the installation the connection from the motherboard to the battery was loosened, therefore it was unable to power on.

Have you tried restarting your laptop. If you have, have you tried looking in your BIOS to see if it recognizes it there?
