You may find it easier to play games on your PC while using a PlayStation controller. With Bluetooth, you are able to wirelessly connect a PlayStation controller to your PC and game without being held back by wires.
To Connect a PlayStation Controller to Your PC:
- Open the Settings ⚙️ Application, you can do so by holding down the Windows ⊞ key and the letter I on your keyboard
- On the left-side of the Settings window, select Bluetooth and devices
- On the right-side, ensure Bluetooth is enabled
- Select Add device
- With your PlayStation controller in hand, simultaneously hold down the PlayStation button and the capture button until a blue light begins to blink
- In the Add a device window, locate and select DualSense Wireless Controller
If your PlayStation Keeps Powering on While Attempting to Connect Your Controller:
- Power on your PlayStation
- Open the Settings ⚙️
- Scroll down and select Accessories
- In General, select Bluetooth Accessories
- Locate your controller and select Delete
- Continue the pairing process as described above
