Predator PH315-52 crashes when gaming

My laptop crashes when playing games for some time. There was no issues before. The games i played were E-football 2021, PUBG and Valorant. I've been using auto fan only. I've already tried lowering maximum processor state, it didn't work. Is there no other option than to reset it and does resetting work?  or is it a hardware problem? Thank you.

    Try the steps and Links below. 

    >> Try to perform a simple power reset and check the issue.  Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Disconnect the external display. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device.The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop. If there is no pin hole then press and hold the power button on the unit for 12secs.

    Navigate and locate Superfetch, right click on it and select Properties;

    Click Stop to end the Superfetch service and click OK to confirm the change.


    >>>Press Win + R to open Run dialog > Type: msconfig and click OK;

    Check Hide all Microsoft services under Services tab > Uncheck all other remaining services > OK to save all changes;

    Restart Windows > Enable any services individually and reboot PC > Repeat the process till Windows high CPU usage issue gets fixed by then.

    Hey! so there was no pin so i tried the power button and somehow the dism didn't work and i stopped the superfetch program and stopped the services and restarted. It worked. I can now play with my laptop crashing. Thanks a ton.
